Pat Munro Alness Ltd, family owned multi-discipline contractor based in Alness, are looking for a Graduate IT Systems Support Officer to deliver a 12 month project. The successful candidate will be required to assist with digitalising internal and client engagement processes.

Project Description
Pat Munro Alness Ltd are looking to modernise their trading platforms by moving their systems and services to a digital, or cloud, platform.
The successful candidate will work with external consultants to develop a cloud based intranet facility covering two areas:
- Employee interaction – the first stage HR digital services in the form of information flow, a holiday booking system and a training certificate system.
- Key Customer interaction – Homes Client portal in the form of Homes related plans & designs, and customer choices being available to clients via their own login.
Both of these services are likely to be delivered via Sharepoint.
The graduate will coordinate the development of the facility, roll-out, training and initial support to other members of staff.

This position is part funded by Highlands and Islands Enterprise and the European Regional Development Fund.
Qualifications
Minimum HNC qualification preferably related to IT. Other candidates may be considered if they have the required skills.
