The Scottish Life Sciences Internship Programme gives students paid, relevant work experience in the life sciences sector. Placements last from ten to twelve weeks between June and September each year. Opportunities for the 2017 programme were advertised from 1st - 28th February on the ScotGrad website.

A list of the accepted courses can be found below.

Successful applicants have been placed at companies such as Charles River, Exova, Sistemic, Hyaltech, Scottish Aquaculture Innovation Centre, IBIoIC, and more.

Eligibility

This programme is for undergraduate students in 1st, 2nd or 3rd year, who are studying a Life Science degree at a Scottish University. Please check below to see if your undergraduate degree course is eligible before applying. Candidates will be reviewed by their CV only - so make sure to attach a copy to your online application. Please note that you can only apply for a maximum of three placements. Take your time to read all of the placement briefs before choosing your top three.
