Put your talents and qualifications to use and gain experience through a paid ScotGrad placement
What are graduate placements?
Graduate placements through ScotGrad are designed to give you that first piece of graduate-level work experience. They are your opportunity to join one of Scotland’s growing organisations and complete a project up to 12 months long. You’ll gain real-world experience working on a defined project, where you will make a significant impact on a small or medium-sized organisation.
What will I achieve during my graduate placement?
You will have the opportunity to develop your existing skills and knowledge whilst working on a project from start to finish. This project will deliver solid outcomes for the organisation you’re placed with, and enhance your CV.
Since 2010, over 1000 graduates from approximately 25 different countries have already had the satisfaction of making their mark with projects and organisations across Scotland. Many of these led to permanent jobs and 94% of graduates on our programme go on to graduate-level employment after their placement.
You'll earn a minimum salary of £17,500 or the pro-rata equivalent, plus, you may have the opportunity to attend ScotGrad’s Residential Training Course to develop additional business skills and help you deliver your project.
