Job description
Project Description
Key responsibilities and routine tasks include:
- Generate estimates for folding cartons and other printed items, using Optimus, a printing based software platform
- Order processing
- Converting estimates or orders into live jobs
- Updating live job statistics
- Generating weekly and monthly reports
- Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding orders and delivery lead times
- The initiative to search for alternative options and participate in cost saving and improvement projects
- Any other necessary tasks
Working hours will be 40 hours per week:
- Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Friday 8:00am to 2.30pm

By the end of this placement, we hope to have provided the successful candidate with business development and logistics experience, and streamlined our own processes.

Qualifications
Educated to degree level in Business Management or a similar relevant qualification.
