Placement summary

2e-volve are looking to recruit a commercially aware graduate for an exciting Sales and Account Manager placement. This new role will see you working closely with our Managing Director and IT Director with the aim of building and delivering a new sales funnel process for the IT HelpDesk Service we offer to larger SME's, Blue Chip Companies and the Public Sector. The placement will be based at our office in Stirling and could become permanent for the right candidate and will last for 12 months initially.

Job description

Project Description

At the moment 2e-volve rely heavily on word of mouth and sales leads generated by our MDs network. We feel this process is not scalable and although we managed 22% growth per year over the last 3 years we feel we could achieve greater growth by designing and sustaining an in house leads generation process, backed by a digital marketing campaign.

You  will work with our MD to refine our in house processes and build a sales and marketing process, then deliver this to enhance our sales leads and increase revenue.

Placement Objectives

The project objectives are to identify, implement and fully test a process which will generate more sales leads to be convert to 2e-volve IT Support clients.

Role Description

The role will involve understanding the services delivered by 2e-volve and aligning our sales process to the new aims of our management team. Working closely with our Engineering and Web Development Teams, you will gather feedback and be involved in the development of our new CRM system based on Vtiger.com.

Once the CRM and sales processes have been fully tested, you will be expected to run the sales and marketing leads generation and shadow our MD on sales calls to gain experience before delivering new sales themselves. Overall, a hugely important role for the business and for you, the chance to learn career defining skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.
