To get the ball rolling, register you company on this site or speak to your local ScotGrad, Business Gateway, Scottish Enterprise or Highlands and Islands Enterprise contact.
If you don't have a local contact, call 0845 371 5444 or contact us here.
The ScotGrad Programme team will then work with you to finalise the project specification and the resultant placement advert. There is no charge for this and it will give your advert excellent exposure to the relevant graduates.
Your vacancy will be advertised through this website, the Scottish University Careers Services, Job Centre Plus, My World of Work as well as Facebook and Twitter.
The ScotGrad Programme team can assist with sifting and selecting eligible graduate applications, matching them to your project and company needs.
Then, they'll forward the applications to your ScotGrad account to review. Your company then organises and holds the interviews, and appoints the successful graduate.
We do ask that you complete a start and end of placement evaluation form to measure the success of the placement.
