Company benefits
You will be working in a casual, friendly environment as part of a small team. If job satisfaction is high on your list then you will enjoy working with us.
We are a small, committed team, and in 15 years we have never lost a member of staff, showing how well we work together!
It can be argued that when a large team builds an enormous software product the “I made that” quotient per individual can be somewhat diluted. When a small team builds a substantial software product punching way above its weight, that same metric goes through the roof. It can therefore be profoundly more satisfying to be part of a small team.
Serendipity is looking forward to welcoming you to join the team, continuing the trend of working in smaller groups and delivering better software for it.
Placement benefits
As part of ScotGrad Graduate Placement Programme, the successful candidate will have access to a free three day business and employability skills residential course and also benefit from ongoing support from the ScotGrad team throughout the duration of the placement.
