The successful candidate will be involved in a number of CRM projects to review the health of our customer data, develop standards for required fields and establish a project plan for cleaning 'polluted' and incorrect data to ensure data accuracy that is actionable for both sales and marketing.
Tasks Include:
- Review / assess the health of the CRM system to have a deep understanding of customer data and the nature and scale of the problem.
- Establish clear action plans to implement various data cleansing activities / projects depending on data decay
- Understand the data entry process and different input systems across the business (customer care, sales etc) and how this affects data quality in our CRM system (Siebel) and marketing performance.
- Present actionable data quality improvements to internal stakeholders
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspect of CRM activities e.g. [email protected] mailbox.
- Ensure customer inquiries/actions, including Siebel Contact updates are dealt with within 24 hours.
