TEFL Scotland Ltd, is looking for a graduate to market a new arm of their Dingwall based business during this 12 month placement. The successful candidate will be involved in online marketing to attract and recruit teachers to deliver English training in China. The placement will include development and implementation of a marketing strategy to attract teachers from all over the world.

Project Description
TEFL Scotland Ltd’s current marketing activity is focussed on attracting people to book their courses, however, this position will be developing a new arm and revenue stream to the business in recruiting teachers. This is a new and exciting venture for the business, working in conjunction with Peking University, which will involve exploring with new channels and developing a marketing strategy to attract teachers from all over the world and possibly developing new sites. Marketing activity will be largely online, using search marketing, online advertising, web sites, social media while also attending university fairs and exhibitions.
Key activities:
• PPC marketing
• Website development
• SEO, domestic and international
• Guest blogging
• Social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram)
• Email communications
• Website content management
• Analytics reporting
• University & campus marketing
• Attending fairs and exhibitions
Key milestones:
Develop application tracking mechanism – month 1
Review of channels and ROI – month 2
Launch microsite for China - month 3
Development of online engagement resource - month 5
Establishing B2B relationships for China jobs – month 7
Achieving £50 k monthly revenue - month 10
This position is part funded by Highlands and Islands Enterprise and the European Regional Development Fund.
