You will assist the various business units of TCB achieving its commercial business objectives. The role will have a commercial focus and you will be reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Affairs. Placement Objectives Increase in demonstrable knowledge of the commercial requirements of operating a biotechnology business, knowledge or regulation, requirements and the commercial aims of the company.
TC BioPharm has grown from 2 to 15 employees in less than 1 year. In that time, the business has raised almost £2.7m in equity and grant funding. As the business expands and commences first-in-man clinical trials in the summer of 2015, its internal processes, commercial document management and policies will require to be reviewed and administered as the business grows. Your role will be to assist relevant departments, led by the Director of Commercial Affairs, to facilitate these requirements to meet the needs of a growing business. You will be a final year undergraduate student in a life sciences related discipline with a keen attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Ideally, you will also have a demonstrable interest in the business and commercial aspects of biotechnology.
