Placement summary
The job will focus on a number of market research and business model research activities. The objectives will be to provide background research information to assist Sistemic in refining its licensing, business model and product introduction strategies.

Project Description
Sistemic is evolving as a company. Historically, the company has been based on a service business. As the technology base of the company develops and the company embarks on development of a number of products the company needs to take a broad look at the business models, licensing strategies and product introduction plans it currently has.
Placement Objectives
Provide detailed analysis of a range of areas including
- competitor business model assessment
- License structure pricing and optimisation
- Product launch planning
All of these will allow the company to assess the current activities and, if necessary, adjust these activities in line with the findings above.

Essential Skills
We are not setting any minimum qualifications for this position as it is more about the individual.
Desirable Skills
However, we do need someone who has some understanding of the processes of market research and business analysis. Additionally, some understanding of biology would be a significant help. Therefore we are looking for a biologist who has a basic understanding of market research and business processes.
