Project Description
There is now an excellent opportunity for a 12-month graduate placement to conduct a strategic property review and develop a project plan, focussing on three key areas of SAT’s property portfolio.

Role Description
The graduate will focus on three key areas of the property portfolio for review – SAT’s headquarters, holiday accommodation and Staney Hill museum store.
Specific tasks of the placement will include:
- Review all the properties, land and buildings in the project scope.
- Identify and work with the wider SAT team to appoint suitable technical and professional advisors to support project.
- Develop an options appraisal for each property.
- Develop and build a business case for the preferred option.
- Review all the properties, booking maintenance records and costs.
- Explore other potential options for all accommodation – e.g. use out of season, change of use, leasing, disposal.
- Produce, implement and monitor a project plan in relation to the holiday accommodation.

Qualifications
Minimum Degree in Building Surveying, Estate Management and Quantity Survey or similar. Other subjects accepted provided the candidate has the required skills.
