Placement summary

The Lead Classification Specialist is based at our Head Office in Edinburgh and will support Lingo24’s Growth (Sales & Marketing) team. 

We currently have a skills gap within this team in evaluating and measuring all of our incoming leads (generated by our Sales and Marketing activity) This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate to get a foot in the door in an international, fast paced, and dynamic environment, where you will have great opportunities for career advancement. 
In particular, you will provide support to the Tenders Manager ensuring that all lead generation activity supports a certain number of leads which are specific to Tenders. You may also need to create tender specific lead reports.

Placement Objectives

Your personal success will primarily be measured by:

o    Correctly placing each lead that comes in.
o    Amount of revenue generated. (By ensuring an appropriate feedback loop you will influence
o    Lead quality and subsequent revenue potential)
o    New Lead Client Satisfaction Score
o    Producing timely and insightful monthly r eporting.

 

 

 

Role Description

Lead Management:
You will need to review each inbound lead generated and 
-    Give it a score between 1-5 scales based on revenue potential. (Criteria to be provided)
-    Place it with the correct Global Account Manager and or Tenders Manager
-    Create a feedback loop so that specific information on lead quality can be provided back into the relevant business areas. 
-    Call the client in line with our survey policy in order to obtain specific customer service feedback. 
-    Design and implement a short monthly report so that lead quality can be fully assessed and tracked.
-    Be fully accountable for measurement, feedback and all process improvements for the Lead Management process
-    Keep the Lead Management database up to date. 

Internal Communication:
 As this role is based in Edinburgh and the Lead Generation team at our Hub in Timisoara, your communication skills need to be beyond reproach. You will need to be able to build relationships effortlessly and ensure that you do not allow distance to impact in a negative way. 

Qualifications

A minimum 2:1 degree in Business related degree 

Skills / Experience

Essential Skills

•    Commercially aware with knowledge of sales processes
•    Work experience in a tele-sales or data driven role is a plus
•    Working knowledge within the translation industry is a plus
•    Excellent communication and relationship building skills 
•    Very good computer literacy of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email.
