Project Description:
The project is intended to achieve and implement a detailed and comprehensive plan for the digital and online marketing for our business. You will have a detailed understanding of the potential clients we are targeting, here in the UK and Overseas. It is
expected that the focus will be split, with the focus on International customers, and Domestic customers. Opportunities will be well researched, and steps will have been taken to market our business to them, understanding their exact requirements. You will
work with all areas of the business in order to develop and implement this plan. You will take our existing products and develop them and develop the concepts to suit the markets and opportunities that are identified. It is expected that this project will
broaden our potential opportunities, giving the business the ability to grow into new markets.
Main Tasks:
Create and manage all online copy and product information Plan content through regular research and review of industry information and trends, working with key customers on case study material, liaising with internal team on collation of content relating to new products etc
Work with key agency partners (e.g. web designers, developers) to ensure websites are optimally designed for visual impact, usability & search engine optimisation
Manage customer communication via email newsletters, blogs and social media channels
Translate cross-channel marketing plans into a digital marketing strategy and activity calendar
Identify, build and develop relationships with key online players in the industry such as key bloggers and industry experts
Explore online advertising options and online advertising test campaigns Analyse web analytics data to measure effectiveness of digital marketing activities and measure success through key conversion goals and metrics
Analyse data and generate insights to improve future marketing activities Generate and present regular performance & analysis reports to senior management
You will be required to travel where necessary to carry out the plan
In addition to the above tasks you will be required to undertake day to day administrative duties.
Success will be determined by the following outputs and outcomes.

A fully documented digital marketing development plan
Detailed databases of contacts/opportunities
Industry Specific Marketing materials
Outcomes will include:
An increase in our core base of clients
Broader awareness of our business
Greater online presence of our business

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Skills / Experience
Essential Skills:
MS Suite Word, Excel to intermediate levels English language, knowledge of grammar, written expression and comprehension Online content management skills Ability to write engaging copy across multiple formats Competency in social media and blogging sites Self-motivated Proactive Clear communicator
Desirable Skills:
Understanding of Accounts Packages CRM software Office administration Foreign language skills Team working
