Impact Solutions are looking to hire a skilled, creative and determined graduate to assist with a significant marketing related project. The role will be varied from the outset and cover all aspects of digital and traditional marketing. You must be a highly motivated individual with firm commitment towards your profession and be able to demonstrate a passion for all things marketing. Specifically, you will be tasked with designing and implementing our content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership
The placement is based in Grangemouth and is for 12 months initially but we expect that following successful completion of initial project objectives, the placement would become a permanent role within our growing business.

We are a growing business and marketing and associated administration, is a key and under-developed area of our company. This role, will see you providing your skills to help us enhance our offering in areas such as content strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and cultivating leads and sales. There will be a big emphasis on working with WordPress, as our site is based on this platform, as well as other digital marketing channels.
While the position is office based, the role will require a high degree of self initiative, and flexible hours will be considered for the right candidate.

Role Description
The Digital Media Associate will implement Impact Solutions Social Media marketing. Administration includes content strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales.
Main Tasks:
- Build in collaboration with commercial director, and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content (Website, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc)
- Gather content and use to put together campaigns as identified in collaboration with commercial team
- Create Graphical artwork to be used in campaigns
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Build relationships with media outlooks and generate content to meet their demands
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Qualifications
HNC, HND or Degree in marketing would be ideal for the role.
Skills / Experience
Essential Skills
- Accomplished knowledge of WordPress based websites. Ability to edit and maintain and improve existing site, by updating current content while adding new content.
- Knowledgeable on how to create engagement on a website and carry it through to presenting the sales team with leads.
- Experienced in using Photoshop for graphic design purposes
- Experienced in using social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and able to use social media to expand company reach and engagement
- Creative individual who thinks outside the box and is able to work effectively under their own initiative

- Previous experience of a similar role, whilst during or post-study, would be of benefit
