Project Description
For-Sight is an innovative Information and Communication (ICT) software product owned by Forth Communication Ltd built for the Hotel and Hospitality sector. This 12-month graduate placement is aimed at assisting with the development and implementation of our innovative Lead Nurturing and Demand Generation (Marketing Automation) Project. The overall aim of this role will be to support the development and delivery of lead nurturing and demand generation inbound marketing campaigns and deliver outbound marketing initiatives.
Placement Objectives
- Significant growth in sales revenue
- Increased head count through recruitment activities in response to growth
- Increased knowledge and understanding of marketing automation process and the ability to apply this learning to other business units within the company
- Greater focus and conversion of core strategic business projects due to increased resources and the ability to delegate tasks
- Delivery of increased quality of sales lead, leading to higher quality opportunity conversion figures
Role Description
For-Sight is a key product for Forth and requires a new role to be developed as part of a growing marketing function. This role will see the candidate working closely with senior management, internal colleagues and agencies with the objective of developing and delivering new systems aimed at increasing revenues by delivering sales leads to the sales team. Key to this will be increasing, enhancing and improving our online presence through e-mail, website and social media campaigns.
The successful candidate will be a key member of a new business team tasked with the growing the uptake of For-Sight in the hotel market place. The position will report to the Business Development Director.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to develop practical marketing and commercial skills in an established and growing data technology company.
Main Tasks:
- Supporting the development and delivery of Inbound Marketing Campaigns and management of marketing automation platform
- Development and implementation of digital campaigns
- Development and delivery of social media presence in B2B channels such as LinkedIn
- Management and allocation of sales leads
- Reporting of marketing and sales activities and effectiveness to the BD Director and other senior management
- Management of third party suppliers such as agencies
- Consolidation and presentation of market feedback to Sales and Product Development Team
- Delivering performance reports to the Business Development Director
- Input into the marketing strategy and plan
Qualifications
Educated to degree level in Marketing or related subject.
Skills / Experience
Essential Skills
This role requires the ability to deliver clearly established objectives with limited supervision. The individual will have the ability to prioritise tasks and deliver a high level of productivity. A solid foundation in Marketing is a pre-requisite as is a thorough understanding of digital marketing and the used of social media. A key aspect of our demand generation campaign strategy is to deliver insightful and educational content relative to client’s needs. Candidates should have an inquisitive mind and the curiosity to identify and understand the latest market trends.
Educated to degree level in Marketing or related subject.
Desirable Skills
An understanding of marketing automation principles, experience of a sales process and experience of the Hotel and Hospitality sector would be valuable.
The candidate will also be involved in delivering more traditional outbound content and so an understanding of advertising, PR and printed collateral is desirable.
A specialism in digital marketing is also desired.
