We are looking for a talented graduate to join our social intelligence consultancy. The research and insight role represents a great opportunity to develop your business and management skills. You will support our business activities through research (traditional,
social media and big data) and provide customer focused, actionable, business critical data and market research. You will be expected to manage research projects, data and insights. We believe you should be given a chance to demonstrate your potential, so
we provide you with significant early responsibility. The role would suit a graduate who wants to make a difference and be part of a highly driven team.
Main Tasks:
Knowledge Management – monitor and develop weekly industry reports and press to capture key insights in social media, big data and data insights.
Project Management – own projects, research social media landscape, use social data and traditional research to conduct market, competitor and organisational research.
Writing Reports - turning research into an engaging and insightful narrative that delivers insight to the highest quality.
Assisting with Marketing and Sales – writing insight articles for blogs and other publications, community management activities on company social profiles.
New Business – exploiting new markets and accounts. Developing leads into opportunities for new work.
Qualifications
Marketing and/or business related degree and relevant experience
Skills / Experience
Strong interest in research, social media, consumer voice and business management
Excellent logic, analytical and interpretation ability Excellent written and numerical skills Proactive problem solving mindset Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to network and build strong relationships with a number of stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail Collaborative working style and effective under pressure
