An excellent opportunity has arisen to become an integral part of this new and innovative internet imaging company. We are seeking a graduate with a qualification in sales/marketing/business to help drive the company to the next level. As a small, growing company we strive to deliver a high quality service to our clients and in doing so create a reputation as a trustworthy partner which provides unique solutions in the online marketplace.

As a Sales and Marketing Assistant you will have the opportunity to help grow the business over the next 12 months, which will ideally result in the creation of a permanent post.

OutSphere (www.outsphere.co.uk) is the trading name for Albion Interactive Solutions, we offer a 360 Interactive Image solution for companies who sell products online. The imaging is exceptional and unique, in that we have a system which takes photographs from every angle, allowing the customer online to move it around, almost as if they were holding it in their hands. It is a very powerful marketing tool, as it can be integrated into PDF and it can be shared on Facebook as an Interactive Image. We are approaching businesses across a variety of areas including, shoes and accessories, sports goods, outdoor wear/equipment, engineering parts, electrical goods etc.

The role will see the successful candidate involved in the development of a new and exciting online business with huge potential for significant growth. You will be part of a team that develops OutSphere UK and Ireland into a nationally recognised brand. The role will be interesting and diverse, with potential for promotion.

Working hours are based on 36 hour week Monday to Friday 8.45 - 17.00, hours are flexible. Occasional weekend work maybe required (Exhibitions etc).

Main Tasks:

Sourcing and developing new leads

Expanding customer base and managing client accounts

Build strong, effective relationships with external agencies

Continually monitor, evaluate and optimise activity across channels

Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports for performance, analyse and make changes to strategy accordingly

Regular online analysis of trends and activities to ensure we deliver appropriate strategies

Develop strong relationships across the industry in order to identify new partners or channels for new customers and sales generation

Increase in client contacts and expanded client database Expanded client portfolio Increase in orders resulting in increased production, turnover and company profits

Qualifications

HND or Degree in Sales and Marketing or Business.

Skills / Experience

Essential Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation and written skills IT Ability to work on own initiative, and contribute to the team Be flexible, dependable and ready for a challenge

Desirable Skills:

Experience in a sales and marketing environment is preferable Website maintenance and social network experience
