Our latest employer success stories showcase two very different types of organisation based in the Highlands.

esave, based in Inverness, are an energy and environmental management consultancy who benefited from employing two graduates through ScotGrad. Leigh Campbell, a marketing graduate, developed the company's CRM system and communications plan and Pedro Rubio Martinez looked at developing new services and enhancing business processes for the company. Both placements have been a huge success, and as a result Leigh and Pedro were offered permanent roles at the end of their projects.

Our next case study is from a Development Trust, set up to ensure the long-term sustainable development of the rural area of Kyle of Sutherland. Helen Houstoun, Development Consultant for the Kyle of Sutherland Development Trust explains how their ScotGrad graduate, Calum Couston, enhanced the business processes and marketing communications for the Trust's broadband project.

Hear more from esave about their graduates Pedro and Leigh, and from Kyle of Sutherland Development Trust about their graduate Calum.
