Founded in 2002, Logicalware is a leading provider of e-communication solutions. With offices in the UK and USA, we have international clients that include Ryanair, Fly Dubai and specialist retailers Play.com and Lands’ End. Our objective is to enable clients worldwide to provide excellent customer service online.
Why did you choose to take on a graduate placement?
We were looking for energy and basic skills in on-line marketing, and wanted to hire a young, enthusiastic person to learn and implement our marketing plan.
What did the graduate get involved in?
Gemma was involved in all aspects of creating and implementing our on-line marketing - specifically social networking. Working in a small marketing team, her responsibilities included negotiating and managing suppliers, writing copy and using her initiative to achieve set goals.
