Placement summary

This project aims to understand the supply chain and logistics operations across SSF in order to move the right amount of fish at the right time to deliver customer demands working with Marine, Sales and Processing. 

The project also aims to Understand the life cycle of salmon including impacts of environmental, customer, weather and fish health, to analysis stock to understand how to fulfil orders and to understand the market to allow right fish at the right price at the right time.

As part of the supply chain team, you will have a commercially focused role where you will learn skills such as managing orders and managing transport requirements. You will also learn and understand the importance of internal relations between Processing, Marine and Sales.
